All items will be sent via Australia Post Registered Post. Orders will be dispatched within 3 business days of receiving full payment. Domestic shipping can take up to 3 - 7 business days depending on location. (Price are are based on Australia Post registered post.)

Refund Policy
If for any reason you are not 100% happy with your purchase, contact us at: linleluarts@gmail.com
The refund policy will not be available for items damaged in shipment.
In the event your purchase does meet your expectations you may return the art within seven days of receipt of received delivery, after seven days of received delivery if no contact has been made unfortunately Linlelu Arts is unable to offer credit note.
Linlelu Arts will issue a credit however you will be required to return the original piece of art in its original condition the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, if the art is returned in any condition less than when it was sent an amount will be subtracted from the credit note. Art must be packaged securely and safely Linlelu Arts will not accept returns for items that have been damaged in transit due to insufficient packaging. A credit note will be offered once the art has been received in its original condition by Linlelu Arts. The returned shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer.
There are no refunds on discounted art items, commissioned artwork may not be returned or refunded.
